摘要:本实验以西伯利亚鲟稚鱼(体重10.18±0.3g)为研究对象,探讨了氟离子表观浓度为0、4、10、25、62.5ppm的水体暴露后在西伯利亚鲟稚鱼各组织中的积累效应,在暴露30天,60天,90天时分别取样,每次从每个暴露浓度中随机取出6尾鱼,分别将其鳃,肝,软骨,硬骨,肌肉,肠,胃取出后用生理盐水洗去表面血迹放-80℃冰箱保存以备测定其各组织中氟含量,组织中氟含量的测定用离子选择电极法,测定结果表明,软骨、硬骨、鳃中氟含量随着暴露时间的延长及暴露浓度的升高而增加(P<0.05),存在着明显的计量效应时间效应,而肌肉、肠、胃和肝随暴露浓度升高和暴露时间延长变化不太明显。(P> 0.05)。

Abstract:In this experiment juvenil Siberia Sturgeon(weighing 10.18±0.3g) is exposed to waters with fluride apparent concentrations of 0, 4, 10, 62.5ppm, so as to study the additive effect on different tissues of the fish. Sampling was done after 30, 60 and 90 days of exposure. We choose 6 fish randomly out of each exposure concentration. The gill, liver, cartilage, bones, muscle, intestine and stomachs were taken and wash out the bloodstain on the outside of the fish, and these tissues were used to determine F concentration in them. ion selective eletrode was applied to determine F concentration. The result shows that F concentration in cartilage, bones and gills increase along with the exposure time and concentration(P<0.05), and the caculating effect and time effect is obvious. But the differentiation is not obvious when the concentration is heighten and the exposure time elongation.(P>0.05)
