求“Is language just a tool?”

language is a kind of a vehicle,which can generally used to express or hand down our thoughts,but can not creat brand new ideas ,which make language only a tool.Yet,does language play a role of vehicle only?Others eliminate our own part of views when understanding ,during which a part of brand new point of view is created and their personal thoughts are integrated in it to some extent at the same time.The views produced by them are necessarily different to those of us,but at the same time the ideas which are correlate to ours.Hence,there is in deed some new thoughts created throughout the whole process of delivering our language.Therefore,languge should not be easily deemed as a sort of vehicle
