本文首先对现在独立学院的特殊性的宏观分析和整个社会中的高校教师心理健康状况的大环境的概述。通过以某所独立学院教师样本。利用半开放式调查问卷对该高校下属的10个学院，49个本（专）科专业中的96名教师，进行心理健康状况的抽样调查。通过调查所得数据进行统计、分析，以图表的形式来对现阶段独立学院教师的心理健康状况进行浅析。最后对现阶段独立学院的教师心理健康状况的良性循环，从心理学、营养学、生理学、人力资源等方面，做了几点笔者自己的建议。

The actuality and countermeasure of independent college teacher’s mental health status
This article will firstly give a macro analysis of independent college’s particularity as well as a general description of college teachers’ mental health status in the society. Using some independent college teachers as samples, a half opening sampling survey is conducted among 96 teachers across 49 faculties and 10 institutes in the college. Through a statistical study on the survey results, a superficial analysis of the current mental health status of independent college teachers is made through diagrams. Lastly, from psychology, threpsology, physiology, human resources and other aspects, the author has offered several suggestions regarding the favorable circulation of current mental health status of independent college teachers.
