一、阐述了苹果醋饮料的综合背景。近年饮料行业飞速发展,已苹果醋饮料为代表的保健饮料成为热门产业,但是由于市场发展部完善,又很多风险存在。
二、介绍了风险管理的基础理论。分别介绍了风险管理的基本概念和风险管理的基本原则。
三、提出了苹果醋饮料面临的风险,分别为内部和外部的风险。主要包括:新型产品的定位风险;产品策略风险;竞争者风险;潜在进入者风险等。
四、分析了风险产生的原因。分析风险产生的原因,主要是企业产品功能介绍模糊;企业品牌意识薄弱,没有“明星”效应;产品的销售渠道不当,产品定位不当,产品广告宣传不明确,消费着对产品认识模糊。
五,提出了排出风险的措施。企业增强自身的经济技术实力,加强品牌建设,明确适当的品牌定位和销售渠道。
