2.B，Would you like something to drink? 你要喝点什么？因为这个是想表示别人的肯定所以要选B而不选A。C和D没有这样的说法

第一个填rain，后面括号里写的water coming from clouds就是从天上下来的水的意思，就是指的雨。
第二个填anything else，A和B都是指其他的的意思，但是这是一个疑问句，疑问句中一般都是any和anything，而陈述句中用some和something。所以选A
