chandler说和ross去disneyland玩space mountain后，ross感到有点不舒服。
monica就问chandler，Oh my God. He threw up? （ross吐了？）

什么叫到“吐”了的南边去，我理解是这样
上北下南，吐的南边，即吐的下边，也就是上面没吐下面“吐”了，也就是说，ross没吐，但是吓得屎都拉出来了。

译为:他顺便过访了南部一个小镇！

to visit a town a little south of throw-up指的是大便拉在裤子里了
the town指身体的某个部位，在嘴的“南部”，就是下方，呕吐用嘴，还有什么地方会“吐东西”呢？！
