高校教师绩效评价之问题及对策
摘 要
科学地进行高校教师的绩效评价,对充分调动广大教师的工作积极性、建立有效的激励机制、提高学校人才培养质量、促进高校整体工作任务和目标的实现具有重要意义。笔者结合高校教师的工作特点,阐述了高校教师绩效评价的现状,分析了当前高校教师绩效评价中存在的主要问题,并结合高校教师绩效评价的原则,提出了有效的对策及建议:明确教师绩效评价的目的,科学构建高校教师的绩效指标体系,统一绩效评价标准,制定合理的绩效评价周期,建立、健全绩效评价结果的反馈制度,使绩效评价充满人文关怀,关注教师的发展。
