本文分四部分，分别从绿色贸易壁垒的概念及特点，产生条件及表现类型，对我国出口贸易的影响，以及应对策略进行了研究。通过对绿色贸易壁垒的研究，提出了面对绿色贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响，我国必须从政府和企业两方面采取应对措施来跨越绿色贸易壁垒，促进我国出口贸易的有序的发展。
