There’s no shouting and no running.中and前后相同的部分不是都可以省略啊？后面这个no为什么不行？谢谢！

要省略的话当然也可以，但是谓语动词要用复数，即There are no shouting and running.

我认为因为是and
and 并列的内容词性或短语类型必须相同..这个是很重要的语法一定要记住..(一般来说)
特殊情况下就是表转折了(这里不是)
如果and前面是过去式,后面必须也得是
既然前面写了no running 后面也必须得加no

no shouting and no running是两样东西强调每个个体所以没有省略
如果省略变成no shouting and running 就是一件事了含义就不同了

你区分一下这两句话：
there is a teacher and father.
there are a teacher and a father.

为了强调既没有喊叫又没有乱跑起强调作用
