植物病害常常给农业的生产带来了巨大损失 ,而化学药品防治病虫害又易对环境造成污染,危害人类健康。因此对生物农药的开发迫在眉睫。从红树植物中分离到的几株枯草芽孢杆菌,它们对青枯病等病害菌具有强烈的拮抗活性,本实验以枯草芽孢杆菌素基因作为侯选基因,以6株枯草芽孢杆菌作为试验材料通过PCR-SSCP分析技术对其拮抗活性区进行了对比分析。本实验通过对具有多态性的片段进行了克隆和测序对等位基因的多态位点进行分析,研究枯草芽孢杆菌素基因的SNP多态性。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图及多态位点测序检测结果表明菌株261与其他菌株之间存在多态性。
