新概念1的问题

这个that是宾语从句的that 写的时候是可以省略的，在句子中没有实际意义的翻译的时候不需要翻译出来

that 在这里是引导宾语从句的。可以省略。

that是宾语从句连接词，可以不加
另外，后两个句子有语法错误，应为：
I hope that you've got some money. 现在完成时：have/has + 过去分词
I believe that this house is for sale.

只是做为宾语从句,带that 可以让人从句子结构上一下子就看出来是宾语从句.
可以不加.
在句子不需要翻译.
如:我希望你能得到一些钱.
