在Eclipse的菜单中点help，在下面选software update，再点Find And Install,选第二个点next，再点New Remote Site ,输入下面的网址：http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/
，在镜像选择对话框里选最后一个，让Eclipse自己更新完就行了
