i think that you are joking , we have spent alot of time for making this order
after confirming prices and qty , i asked you to send me samples , however, you have refused becasue you were not trusting me
i told you that i can remit you some money for booking the order and in retudn for that you should send me samples , but you have refused it and now you are asking me for 15% as increasing rate
this is not logical busienss ,so i hope that you can consider your company poclicy anf too send me sampels and there is no need for increasing after confirming each point
howvwr , the chinse price increasing has been alreayd added to your prices which are too much for me

我觉得您在开玩笑。我们在这个订单上花了很多时间，价格和数量谈妥以后，我要求您把样品给我们，但是，因为您对我们的不信任，您拒绝了我们的要求。
我曾经告诉过您这个订单做成，您可以得到一些回扣。但是条件是您得提供样品。您现在不但拒绝提供样品，而且要求把回扣额曾加到15%，这样做未免不符逻辑。我希望您考虑你们公司的政策，把样品发给我们。而且没有必要提高回扣(each point不明确）。你把中方价格的增长也算进你的价格中，这一点我实在不能接受。
