摘 要
近年来随着我国既有线路的6次提速,使得线路大修工程在维持线路的安全、平稳、不间断运行中的作用越来越大。但是线路大修工程耗资量、劳动量巨大,为了节约资金,并保证线路的通顺运行,一定要优化设计方案。
本设计通过对60kg/m钢轨与50kg/m钢轨的经济方案比较,选用了60kg/m钢轨进行线路大修设计。设计时,为了使其经过修理过的线桥设备质量能完全恢复原有标准或达到新的更高标准,使线路结构得以强化。在设计中认真分析了线路大修工程设计的基础资料及其相关规范、规则。从大修周期的合理确定,对大修工程中应用的各个部件的进行了优化设计,对钢轨强度进行检算,对线路纵平面进行改善,无缝线路、桥上无缝线路的设计及施工技术,都在设计中做出全面、系统的介绍。
在设计过程中,遵循了以下原则:设计时尽量采用标准件;考虑各部件的优化组合,使现场维修更加方便;设计全过程都应按照国家规范、标准进行。
