采用热压烧结的工艺,在一定烧结气氛下,选用两种不同烧结助剂体系(Al2O3-Y2O3和MgO-Al2O3-Y2O3Y2O3),分别在不同烧结温度下制备了一系列含有不同SiC量(90~94wt%)的SiC基复相材料。并用Archimede法、LFA447、XRD、SEM、网络分析仪对材料进行了表征。
研究结果表明,对于SiC-Al2O3-Y2O3复相材料,最佳的烧结工艺为:温度1970℃,SiC和烧结助剂预处理,烧结气氛Ar;随着烧结助剂含量的降低(10~6wt%),复相材料的致密度下降,显气孔率由0.3%上升至8.24%,材料的导热率由182.5 W•m-1•K-1降至142.84W•m-1•K-1。而对于SiC-MgO-Al2O3-Y2O3复相材料,最佳的烧结工艺为:温度1950℃,Ar氛,SiC预处理;当烧结助剂含量为10wt%、9wt%时,该复相材料烧结致密,随着烧结助剂含量的继续下降,材料的致密度急剧下降,导热率由189.59W•m-1•K-1降至115.96W•m-1•K-1。相较于SiC-Al2O3-Y2O3复相材料,SiC-MgO-Al2O3-Y2O3复相材料具有稍大的衰减量。另外,对于上述两类SiC复相材料,当原料在热压之前预烧时,由于生成新相(无定形碳),阻碍了材料的烧结并且降低了材料的导热率,但提高了衰减量。

With application of hiping, under certain sintering atmosphere, using two different sintering aids system(Al2O3-Y2O3和MgO-Al2O3-Y2O3Y2O3), we get a series of SiC-based multiphase materials with different SiC volume (90 ~ 94wt%). Besides, we also get some very useful data of these materials about their attributes and performance by using Archimede principle、LFA447、XRD、SEM、Vector Network Analyzer.

For SiC-Al2O3-Y2O3 multiphase materials, research has indicated the best sintering technics is: 1970℃, pretreatment of SiC and sintering aids, Ar as the sintering atmosphere; with the reduction of the sintering aids amount(10~6wt%), the density of the multiphase materials also decreases, as apparent porosity increases to 8.24% from 0.3% and heat conductivity decreases to 142.84W·m-1·K-1 from 182.5 W·m-1·K-1.
