摘 要
随着我国工程建设事业的蓬勃发展,在高层建筑中大量采用桩基础,桩基以成为我国工程建设中最为重要的基础形式,而且以钻孔灌注桩为重。随着灌注桩应用日益广泛,如何保证工程质量成为首要问题。虽然灌注桩施工工艺正日益完善,但往往由于施工管理不规范,而造成缩颈、堵管、断桩、斜孔、钢筋笼上浮、沉渣超厚、少灌等质量问题也时有发生。从而造成重大工程质量事故时有发生,给国家、人民的财产带来巨大损失。在实际施工过程中,施工技术人员只有了解灌注桩的基本工艺、施工方法、常见的质量事故、事故处理方法,才能做到事前控制、事中控制及事后控制。从而保证灌注桩的施工质量满足设计及安全使用需要。

Abstract: Along with the enterprise of project construction developing rapidly in our country, we use pile foundation substantively. Pile foundation has become the most important foundation pattern, and among them ,cast-in place pile is the most important. Along with the popular using of filling pile, the most important problem is how to protect the project quality. Though the construction techniques is increasing day by day, because of the nonstandard management, the quality problems of pre-shirked, tube jam, pile breaking, slanted hole, cage up-floating, heavy-gauge grain stillage and pour less happened sometimes.
