那为什么不选IN呢？
1,问什么时候付余额 。想想就知道，手机没钱的时候，会说“your balance cast little money，please recharge in time”否则就会在某日停机。故选择by，表示某时间之前
2，现在想起当时是放在chair上，come疑似应该为came。be coming通常表示未来
因为，这里 “in time”是及时的意思 固定搭配来的。。。
1.因为问题中的是need,不是have to,故排除D
第一题by有在什么……之前的意思。根据选项九月三十，只能选B，其他的都不能用
