IF this is the first time you're seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer .If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:
check to make sur any new hardware or software is properly installed for any windows updates you might need .
If problems conntinue, disable or remove. any newly installed hard ware or sofware.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing ,If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable computer ,press F8 to select advanced.startup options and then select safe mode.

怎么解决?
一般是内存问题，不要管蓝屏时的文字了，作不了参考
出现蓝屏最可能是硬盘或内存出问题
*硬盘有坏道？你既然用效率源查过那应该没问题
*内存？不是内存没插好，那就是内存品质不行，cpu内存不同步，内存频率太高？不知你用过所谓镁光内存没有，可以正常使用，但我用的每隔一段时间就蓝屏一次
*BIOS设置看一下 没有设置不当或超频的？载入默认值试试
*显卡？如果过热一般重启不会蓝屏吧
至于你说的文字其实作不了参考啦，我用镁光内存时也有出现这样的提示，当时我和你一样，傻傻的想研究甚么问题还特地查所谓tcpip.sys这个文件，但事实上我用了新内存就没再出现这个问题了
如果是软件问题，概率比较小，实在找不出就只能重装系统了
