摘 要
本课题通过对高压开关柜的外形是否符合人机工程学要求，操纵系统是否简便安全，显示系统是否清晰醒目，及高压开关柜的外观是否满足人的审美需求等问题进行调研分析，全面总结和衡量购买者对于高压开关柜的审美、使用、材料以及技术等方面的基本要求，提出多种设计方案和解决办法，如高压开关柜的流线型外观、宜人的整体配色、符合人机工程学的整体外形尺寸等，再经过创意草图，方案分析及数字化建模，把这些设计表现在产品上。本课题的创新点在于将“审美”这个远离高压开关柜设计的词汇融入到设计中，并在现有产品的基础上将操控系统分离，从而达到功能优化组合。而人机工程学作为课题的另一研究核心，就要求在进行高压开关柜的工业设计时，必须同时考虑产品的长期使用效果及使用人员的舒适性、方便性，要避免使用人员在操作过程中身体受到伤害。运用科学的方法和知识，对存在的问题进行仔细的调查、研究，找到正确的答案和参数来优化设计。使高压开关柜的操作更加舒适宜人。

This essay generally summarizes in comparison the buyer’s basic demands on the appearance, usage, material and corresponded techniques of high tension switchgears by studying on latter questions: dose the appearance accord with demands of ergonomics and aesthetics? Is the control system handy and safe enough? Is the display system striking and clear? To answer these questions the essay brings forward designs and plans in diversity: for example a streamline designing in the exterior, a more friendly color scheme and a more ergonomically proper size, and further more explains how to put these designs into practice by running sketches, program analysis and digital modeling.
