能源类上市公司股改前后业绩变化实证分析
摘要：为了研究股权分置改革在中国开展的成效如何，本文选取了52家参与股权分置改革的能源类上市公司作为样本，对股改前后公司报表数据进行对比研究，结果表明，股权分置改革对能源类上市公司业绩提高产生积极影响。并通过研究提出造成业绩提升的原因，包括股权分置改革后，大股东侵害小股东的事件发生的几率将大大减小，公司重大投资决策过程更加规范，以及股改之后利益相关者对上市公司发展前景更具有信心。

Abstract:
In order to study the non-tradable share reform in China, the effectiveness, the paper has selected 52 to participate in share-trading reform of the energy of listed companies as a sample of shares to company statements before and after data for comparative study, the results showed that the share-trading reform of the Energy listed companies have a positive impact on improving performance. And through research to improve the performance of reasons, including non-tradable share reform, the major shareholders against the minority shareholders of the incident will greatly reduce the risk of the company major investment decision-making process more standardized, and the shares changed after the stakeholders of listed companies Development prospects more confidence.
