在实际生产中,在不同的土壤深度中,土壤温度、土壤含水量、土壤水分移动速度会有所不同,而包膜控释肥的养分的释放速率取决于包膜内外的水蒸气压差、土壤的温度以及包膜的厚度,本文研究的目的在于探讨施肥深度对包膜控释肥养分释放的影响。供试包膜控释肥料是以芬兰生产的星王牌商品高氮型复合肥料(20-10-10)为核心肥料,以水溶性树脂为包膜材料,采用底喷流化工艺制造的控释肥料,包膜厚度分别为50、70、90、110、130g·m-2。在98天的培养期间,用自动气象站监控土壤10cm和20cm的温度和湿度。研究结果表明,随着培养时间的延长两个不同深度中控释肥料中氮、磷、钾养分释放率均逐渐增加,其中氮、钾的养分累积释放率大于磷素的累积释放率;同时,控释肥料中氮、磷、钾养分的释放速率均随包膜厚度的增加而逐渐减小,在50g cm-2包膜厚度控释肥达到75%总养分释放率时,另外四种控释肥在土壤中的总养分释放率分别为65.8%、49.3%、36.7%、31.2%。研究结果还表明,土壤10cm和20cm处的温度和含水量度相差很小,两者日平均温度最高时只相差0.61℃,日平均湿度相差在1.67%-4.72%之间,通过对5种不同包膜厚度肥料在土壤两个不同深度中总养分释放规律进行方差分析,得出两者在统计上没有差异,说明这两种不同施肥深度对控释肥料养分释放规律影响不大。
