我想，一个经理应该带领的是一个Team(无论是真实的，还是虚拟的)，而不是带领自己。

既然公司不再需要，也从不欣赏我的贡献和我的经验，那么，我选择离开。成为一名挂经理头衔的优秀工程师不是我的职业追求。
