摘要：随着工业的发展，人们生活水平的提高，人们对环境也日益重视。工业废水，生活污废水及雨水，都要经过管道系统的收集集中排放，污水还要经过一定程度的处理才能排放。城市排水工程直接关系到人们的生活质量，因此对城市排水工程的要求也越来越高。本次毕业设计的题目是湖北省长阳土家族自治县龙舟平镇排水工程设计，主要内容有雨水管道系统的设计、污水管道系统的设计及污水处理厂的设计。污水处理厂涉及到工艺的必选、构筑物的设计、机械器具的选择等问题。
本设计采用氧化沟工艺，卡鲁塞尔氧化沟正是由于在同一条沟中交替完成厌氧、好氧过程,因而取得了较高的COD去除率，同时卡鲁塞尔氧化沟具有性状优良的活性污泥系统;。工艺流程简单、构筑物少、机械设备数量少,不仅运行管理方便,工程投资也不高 。其出水品质更加良好,这对改善水环境,保证人类身体健康具有十分重要的意义。
