电梯运行时需要实现控制信号在层站、机房和轿厢之间传输。控制信号主要有层站呼梯、层楼显示、井道位置信号、测速信号。其中呼梯及显示信号随电梯层站数的增加成比例地增加。传统电梯大多采用点对点信号传输连接方式,该方式连线多,控制复杂,抗干扰能力差,系统难于维护。为节省通信线路,提高可靠性,串行通信已逐步应用于电梯之中。目前电梯中串行通信大多采用RS—485标准,这是在RS—422基础上发展起来的主从结构网络,其通信协议简单,价格便宜,但具有如下缺点:数据通信方式为命令响应型,数据传输率低,实时性差;链路层为SDLC协议,错误校验能力不强。主从结构网络上只能有一个主站(机房),其余均为从站(层站和轿厢),一旦主节点出现故障,整个系统将处于瘫痪状态,因而对主节点的可靠性要求很高。?
本文基于控制局域网总线CAN,采用多主结构方式实现电梯呼梯信号的串行通信。CAN是一种新型的总线式串行通信网络,为多主工作方式,具有如下特点:CAN网络上任一节点均可在任意时刻发送信息,无主从之分;CAN总线采用非破坏性的总线仲裁,当多节点同时向总线发送报文(Message)时,优先级低的节点主动停止数据发送(仲裁丢失),而优先级高的节点可以不受影响地继续发送数据,优先级最高的节点,其数据等待时间小于134μs;CAN采用短帧传送,每帧信息都有差错校验,可靠性高,直接通信距离最远可达10km,而最高传输速率可达1Mbit/s。由于CAN的多主结构在实时性、灵活性和可靠性方面具有突出的优点,非常适合电梯呼梯信号的通信。?
