三、反意疑问句的陈述部分为非第一人称主语＋think (believe，suppose，consider)+that 从句时，问句部分的助动词和主语与陈述部分的助动词和主语保持一致。
eg.1.They all think that English is very useful, don't they?
2.He didn't think that the news is true, did he?

这里是二这种情况，所以是are you ?

are you? 这句是对于you进行反意疑问，而此句本身是否定，只是把否定词not移到了前面变成了don't,所以还是应该对于“are not”提问，所以是are you
