This paper briefly introduced the concept of property management, the origin of property management， the formation of modern property, and emergence and development of property management in China, and identified the major existing problems in property management in China. Then it illustrated the relevant theories of strategic management of the enterprises, which set up the theoretical frame for the establishment and implementation of the business strategy. Then it used SWOT analysis, which is a strategic theory to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of China's existing property management enterprises, and the opportunities and challenges they face taking the country's situation into consideration. Then it brought forward a set of general approaches for strategy establishment and implementation for sustainable development of the property management enterprises.
