摘 要:汽车4S营销模式是一种新兴的以“四位一体”为核心的汽车特许经营模式,包括整车销售(Sale)、零配件(Spare part)、售后服务(Service)、信息反馈等(Survey)。虽然汽车4S店最大的功能是卖车,但从长远来看,其更大的功能则是售后服务。售后服务的获利是汽车获利的主要部分,汽车的售后服务对专卖店的重要性也是显而易见的。本文将就售后服务在4S营销模式存在技术普遍不成熟,延时服务现象严重,抢救维修部落实等问题,在此基础上提出了控制产品质量,为客户提供人性化的服务,追求高品质的服务质量等改进策略。
