the Manufacturer is not liable for the Products infringing or allegedly infringing the rights of any third party, provided that such Products are made in accordance with the requirements or specifications of Vokant, and provided further that the Manufacturer has not continued manufacturing or shipping the Products after becoming aware of a claim of infringement

制造商必须保证委托方的产品不侵害（或者依其陈述没有侵害）任何第三方的利益；并且确保该产品的生产符合Vokant的要求以及其说明书，或者在得知有侵害索赔事件出现之后停止对该产品进行生产和运输活动。

制造商是不负责的产品侵权或涉嫌侵权的权利，任何第三方，提供这类产品是在按照要求，或规格vokant ，并提供了进一步指出，制造商已没有继续制造或航运的产品后，逐渐意识到一个索赔侵权
