本毕业设计是在对MK28250数控磨床和机械原理学习的基础上,设计砂轮的修整机构。砂轮是数控磨床的重要器件,影响着产品的加工质量和加工精度,所以对砂轮修整机构的研究有着重要的实际意义。
砂轮的修整机构包括回转机构、进给系统以及一些辅助机构。在整个机构的设计的过程中回转机构和进给系统的设计是主要的设计内容。进给系统是以电机作为动力源,通过同步带将动力传到滚珠丝杠,再通过滚珠丝杠和导轨的配合,使动作装置作直线运动,实现修整笔在X轴方向上的运动。在进给系统中采用滚珠丝杠和导轨的配合,其优点在于其配合的精度很高。加上利用位置传感器在其中测定作用,很好的提高了整个机构的运动精度。回转机构是修整笔直接接触齿轮的机械部分,它由气缸作为动力源,通过促动器和回转轴将直线运动转化为回转运动,实现了修整笔得回转,使得修整笔可以修整到齿轮的各个部分,其中的回转轴设计是设计内容。
另外,对于影响砂轮修整机构精度的因素分析也是一项重要的内容,可以更好的结合机械机构的设计,改进机械系统。

This graduation project is the organization designing the emery wheel recondition on the basis that the numerical control grinder and machinery principle study to MK28250.
