摘 要
电流传感器是在工业生产和社会生活中经常运用到的仪器,在各种领域中都占有重要的比例,因此对电流传感器的检测也是极为重要的一个环节。
电磁感应原理更是早已深入到我们的日常生活中,工业生产中了,并且随着时代的进步和发展,单片机技术已经普及到我们生活,工作,科研,各个领域,已经成为一种比较成熟的技术。
本文是以电磁感应原理为主要理论依据,再加上单片机编程来对电流传感器进行检测。硬件部分主要是通过电磁感应原理实现的,软件部分使用了单片机编程。
本文简述了设计过程,包括程序说明,硬件印制板设计,调试,箱体的设计,论证了采用单片机进行传感器的检测,本次设计最终达到了设计的预期目的。
本工装在检测传感器时具有读数方便,读数准确,测量准确的优点。这样就可以分析器件失效原因,改善工艺流程和杜绝质量问题的重复,提高用户用户对我所产品质量的满意率。
