混凝土衬砌在施工和使用过程中所生成的缺陷有裂缝、孔洞、蜂窝和层状破坏等。衬砌质量检测不仅是控制衬砌混凝土施工质量的主要手段，也是评价运营隧道衬砌现状所必须的。常用回弹法、超声波检测混凝土衬砌强度、探地雷达法探测混凝土衬砌厚度及背部空洞。
