摘要:本文对曲阜周边地区杨树林、麦田、果园三种生境下均为优势种的星豹蛛(Pirta subpiraticus)在室温条件下进行了抗药性测定,对结果进行初步分析。结果表明:低剂量农药对蜘蛛具有短暂的兴奋作用。喷施农药过于频繁会使农田蜘蛛产生抗药性,同时也使农田害虫产生抗药性,使为害加大,生物防治效果受到严重破坏,建议农民使用高效低毒农药,并且喷施浓度也应有所降低。本文的研究结果可为农田的化学防治与生物防治更好的结合提供理论依据,也为蜘蛛的保护与利用提供参考。
