我的理解是:第一段视频的编码是MPEG2 也就是DVD的编码.这个编码对于CPU 的占用率不是很高.所以播放就比较正常.但是第二段视频,采用的是H.264编码.这个编码对于CPU 占用率很高.对CPU 要求很高.有可能你的机器的配置就不够了。
我不知道你机器是什么配置.但是一般播放高清视频起码需要双核的CPU + 能支持硬解码的显卡.
高清才好嘛
