有when的句子是不是主将从现?

when可以引导进行时态，和非进行时态

只是刚才那个句子是 时间发生的先后顺序不同罢了

i will go shopping when the weather is fine
我会去购物，当天气好了

the weather is fine是前提条件

When we are from,we are pretty relaxed about time
当两者同时发生，都用一般现在时态或者一般进行时态，
不过要注意的是，不能一个过去时态，一个进行时态
