你就把它当成是由肯定句变来的就容易理解了:You or he is fit the job.(这里用is 是因为就近原则,he是第三人称单数)

把上句变为一般疑问句我们都会啦,就是直接将be动词is提到句首就OK了,所以就有了为什么填is 的答案了.
