随着车辆相关法律法规的愈来愈严格，以及人们对汽车乘坐舒适性的要求越来越高，有关车辆发动机的振动和行驶平顺性(NVH)的研究愈来愈受到人们的重视。随着工业、交通的发展和社会的进步，人们对作为主要原动力的发动机的性能提出了越来越高的要求。活塞运动过程与发动机噪声的产生及汽车的行驶平顺性等都有着相当大的联系。因此开展对活塞运动的研究有着重要意义。
本文以6135Q柴油机为研究对象，对其活塞运动特性进行了深入的分析研究；应用专业三维CAD/CAM软件Pro/E建立了活塞的立体模型，采用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算了6135Q柴油机活塞的温度场，得到了与实测结果相吻合的温度场分布，并分析热变性对活塞与缸套间隙的影响，得出热态下活塞运动较冷态下明显；推导了活塞运动的动力学方程，并分析了活塞结构参数对活塞运动的影响。
