摘 要
本文以麝香百合鳞茎为试材, 系统的研究了各种环境因子对鳞片离体再生的影响。
试验结果表明,6-BA1.0+NAA0.5组合对百合鳞片再生小鳞茎的效果最好,再生率可达97.5%;6-BA0.5+NAA0.5培养基中诱导出的小鳞茎有部分生根,能一次成苗。MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L培养基最适宜百合继代增殖,增殖系数最高可达10.1 ,产生的无根苗健壮。在生根诱导过程中,附加0.2%活性炭有利于根的诱导,对提高根活性和植物生长量都具有显著的效果。当培养基为1/2MS+ IBA0.3~0.4mg/L时,百合生根率能达到98.3%~99.2%,生根效果最好。最佳移栽基质:蛭石∶细砂∶油渣(140∶59∶1) ,成活率达96.97 %。

Abstract

Rooting in the induction process, the additional 0.2 percent of activated carbon to root induction to the improvement of root activity and growth of plants have significant effects. When the medium for 1 / 2 MS + IBA0.3 ~ 0.4mg / L, lily root rate could reach 98.3 percent to 99.2 percent, the best rooting. Transplanting the best matrix: vermiculite: fine sand: diesel (140:59:1), the survival rate of 96.97 percent.
