通过这次的实习我感觉到教师的专业技能不是靠一个学年的课就能学会学好的，而要靠整个大学阶段的持续学习，方能不断提高和进步。不能把它简单当作一们考试科目，在大学宽松的考试制度下，通过考试不是问题，可实际水平却十分不尽人意。另外，我觉得小学教育本科专业学生的培养应密切当前小学的实际情况，不能脱离实际搞教学。

小学是学生正式学习生涯的第一个阶段，对以后阶段的学习的重要性不言而喻。

小学生是鲜嫩美丽的花朵，需要高水平的富有爱心的教师（而不是不合格的教书匠）去精心培育！
