本文主要是以低密度聚乙烯为母料,选取国内外几家主要厂家生产的抗静电剂,分别与聚乙烯通过物理共混,然后制样之后,分别测量测试样品的各种性能,根据测定的各种抗静电剂的综合性能选出一个最佳的抗静电剂,用来替换之前使用的ASA-40抗静电剂,实验结果表明,台湾旭懋化工实业有限公司生产的129v抗静电剂添加量在2%时电性能效果最好。并且对LDPE的拉伸强度、屈服强度、断裂伸长率等性能有促进作用。
