Digital library web is the improvement and revolution of the service and technology of the library.It intergrates huge amount of resources as well as multible services to link resources with services which did not exist as a whole.This makes profound changes in the way that library provides service.We make a start in contents such as the definition of the digital library ，the standing position ,the key point of function , the feature,the principle of design and so on.We also do research in 3 aspects of the intergration of data ,management and service so that we can discuss the realization of the intergrated technology of the digital library under the context of web 2.0.
