1、每100公斤装1木箱；
2、每公吨200美元CIF纽约，包含2%的佣金；
3、每公吨300美元CIF伦敦，减少3%的折扣；
4、收到信用证后45天内发货；
5、允许分批，不允许转船；
6、9月间装运，由伦敦到厦门。发货后48小时内用DHL快递把三分之一正本提单寄给买方，允许分批和转运；
