perhap we can see that the student are choosing their own interested subject indepentantly and it cause the lecturer or teacher more motivated and need self improvement. All of this will increase the quality of teaching,learning and is a good start for starting the Credit system / change learning stream. For example in US, majority of the student are able to choose their desirer form teacher and lecturer. As for now, same of the university in China eg: XXXXXXXXX have start the same as US. Therefor some of the teacher or lecturer will have or need to change or leave the job due to their are unpopular teacher/lecturer in school/university.
