如何让局域网里的文字mud在公网也能登录？

想和同学一起玩xyj，怀旧一下。
具体情况是这样：
我们公司电脑通过路由器上网，路由器有固定公网ip地址，路由器是思科的，我对网络本来就一知半解，偏巧思科路由器设置比较复杂；
我打算用自己的电脑作为文字mud xyj的服务器，我的电脑装的windows xp。xyj的配置应该没有问题，因为在内网可以访问。
我打算让外网的同学也能一起玩。
希望能用路由器的ip映射实现外网访问，最好比较详细写明思科的具体设置，而不希望用花生壳实现虚拟局域网。

大概说一下我的思路吧。 首先你要知道XYJ使用的是哪个端口进行通讯

路由器的设置应该是这样
ip nat inside source static [local-address] [global-address]

下边有个列子：
enable
configure terminal
ip nat pool nat-pool 220.100.2.200 220.100.2.200 netmask [fill in subnet mask]
access-list 1 permit 192.168.1.100 0.0.0.172
ip nat inside source list 1 pool nat-pool overload
interface [inside interface]
ip nat inside
interface [outside interface]
ip nat outside
end
