5.如果经理找不到合适的接替人，告诉他你可以
再工作多2个月再辞职。

Dear Mr. White,

I am writing to inform you of my latest decision though it is very difficult for me to do so.

Having working for this company for five years, i have decided to leave for my personal reasons. After the company has moved to this new premises (这句是说公司搬了，如果是你自家家搬了，这句就改为after my family moved to a new house), I had to commute long distance to office every day. I have decide to leave this team and company and look for some other company that is closer to my home.

It has been my honour to work for XXX company and be an eyewitness of its growth. It has been extremely pleasant to work in your team and I am grateful to what you have done for me.

I am sure you will find good candidates to takeover my job. However, it it takes some time, I am willing to work unitl xx xx, 2008.
