求英语写投诉

有个人买了一台洗衣机，但有质量问题，就去找那个营业员理论，但营业员不同意去解决问题。于是这个人便向经理写了一封投诉信去投诉这个营业员。

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought your Washing Machine, Model ABC, from your shop on 1 Jun 08. When I installed the washing machine at home and it was found that there was quality issue on the machine. I talked to your salesman, Mr. AB, on 15 Jun 08, in your shop. However, he was not willing to solve my problem and had bad attitude to me. I would like you to investigate the issue & helped me to resolve the issue.
