外国人如何办理来中国的签证？

您好！请教下我司由于业务关系需要外商来我司面谈一个项目，但是由于是奥运期间办理来中国的签证手续较多，客人是沙特的，他在中国驻沙特大使馆咨询下来要求是请看原文：
For applying Business Visa for trade or attending conference (F visa), please submit the following documents:

1/ Letter of Invitation from the company / institution you want to visit in China;

2/ Original Visa Notice Sheet from an authorized Chinese governmental apparatus /organization, prescribing the visa validity, number of entries and stay period. The Notice Sheet can be obtained by the above said Chinese company / institution in China;

3/ Fully completed Visa Application Form, attached with 1 recent photograph (30mm X 40mm)

4/ Original passport with validity more than 6 months and minimum 2 blank visa pages;

5/ Photocopy of the first 2 pages (personal information pages) of the passport;

6/ Saudi Iqama and its copy for non-Saudis;

7/ Return flight tickets and hotel reservation in China and their copies;
