Why English is hard to learn at university level?

Because the system of the educational program in China is full of challenges. What is challenge? Challenge is something you can only achieve by working hard. I think the experts consider English course as one of the challenges. So I understand the English in University must be hard. Therefore, we can improve ourselves by passing that class.
