complex sentence和compond sentence 有区别吗?

区别在于 复杂句的结构，修饰关系比较复杂，但不一定都是复合句
比如： He stared at the brightest star in the blue sky thinking of his childhood dreams flowing down the stream .这句里就没有从句
而复合句一定有从句，即使很简单的：
The letter arrived when she was cooking.
很短，很简单，但是它是复合句，因为有从句 when...

complex sentence是复杂句，如含有定语、宾语、状语等从句的句子

compond sentence是复合句，有连词连接的句子

complex sentence是复杂句，如名词性，宾语，定语从句
compond sentence是并列句，如give me money ,or i will kill you

复杂句是由多个单句通过连词链接构成的。>>>>注意：多个单句
复合句是运用从句（也有叫子句）充当句子成分的一个单句。 >>>>注意：一个单句

两者如果真要简单区别，就是看连词。
1 有连词连接2个句子的，一般就是复杂句了。
2 如果没有连词（and，or，but什么的）来连接2个句子，就是简单句。

这里要特别注意，when, that, what, which, whatever这些被称为关系代词，用来引导从句，不是连词。因此也不会因为这些构成复杂句。
