这个是我入学通知书上的一段话。我前两天去广州签证，那个签证官说我没有ielts成绩，不给我签。我跟前台的解释了半了，说这信明明只说要有4。0的能力，并不需要证明呀。她说签证官说认为这信就是有条件的，条件就是要ielts4.0..
