最近正玩着老掉线 然后就什么都玩不了了 重启后就出现下面的文字 请高手帮忙指点下 该怎么办

14 杀毒软件与系统或软件冲突 由于杀毒软件是进入底层监控系统的，可能与一些软件冲突，卸载了试试
15 系统本身有问题 有时候操作系统本身也会有BUG，要注意安装官方发行的升级程序，像SP的补丁， 最 好 要打上。如果还不行重装系统或更换其它版本的系统了。
